Super cool spotlight or laboratory lamp. I'm not sure of the original use I have four of these. I'm selling them individually, look for my other ones. These have a European plug and look like they came out of maybe a chemistry lab. They are all Meopta in good condition other than maybe some of the cord should be replaced.
